"We have struggled to have enough damping control over the front end set up on the R1. Since WhiteCross fitted the 20mm fork cartridge piston kits, the rebound control is very strong and compression has also improved. The next thing we are going to do is fit new 2mm compression valves which will improve the range. The mid corner “feel” and general front end stability is much better and we will be working with WhiteCross during 2007 for further ideas for handling improvement."

After a front and rear re-spring and re-valve the bike was transformed. “I can throw it into any situation with complete confidence and have got faster and faster.
